Just recently I made the decision to leave the gym and was on the lookout for a good Pilates class. As it happened, a friend mentioned a conversation she’d had about an amazing Pilates group - Eden Well-being. A week later, I found myself walking through its doors, and I can honestly say it felt like more than coincidence - it was a ‘God-incidence’.

From the very first session, Kerry’s warmth and expertise stood out. She leads with compassion and knowledge, offering thoughtful modifications so everyone feels supported and able to work at their own pace. Since joining the Pilates classes, I’ve noticed real improvements in my strength, balance, and flexibility. The sessions also offer a deeply calming space that has been a huge boost to my mental well-being.

I’ve also taken part in the Relaxation Therapy and Somatic Movement sessions, which have been incredibly effective in easing physical tension and quieting a busy mind.
